Drawing, Eating, and Countering

So we are still going back and forth with the potential buyer. I guess we will know next week for sure whether we need to be looking for an apartment in MS and a house in TX.

While going back and forth with counter offers, we have also been raising this goon.

Our First Offer!

We have had our first offer on our house! We did not accept and countered so we will see what happens from here. Deep down I have a feeling that this is not our buyer. If it is, then we may be scrambling to Tyler in a couple of weeks to find a house since we would have to have our furniture out of this one by March 30th. Again, we are playing the waiting game. Eek! We also would have to find a short term rental here.

I will keep you updated. I must go as it is 8:30 and I am just sitting down to do lesson plans which I usually work on over a three day period. Next week my students are going to learn a lot, maybe!
