Obsessions

Chuck has really enjoyed all of his gifts he got for his birthday. There isn't one toy that he just throws aside. However, there is one toy that he has become somewhat attached to. I am not sure if it is because he is incredibly interested in dogs or what. Chuck has grown quite attached to his puppy dog from Two Mommy and Paka Nick. There are actually two dogs but he has figured out how to take them apart so he can just carry around one. The dog barks like a real dog and also plays music ( see his finger on the green button?).

This dog has also been rocked to sleep the past three nights. Usually Chuck holds his bottle himself but the past three nights he has insisted on hugging his dog while I hold his bottle. ( Note: this dog is as hard as a rock..... it is not soft!) Unfortunately, he keeps his finger on the green button ( remember... the one that plays music when you push it). It makes it very nerve racking during the whole night night process because I know one night that finger is going to slip and throw a hiccup in our bedtime routine.

Well, Mr. Doggy has also joined us on 2 wagon rides, several meals, and even tried to take a bath! Bad doggy. I am starting to wonder if it was rubbed with cat nip or baby nip...

There are days when you know who insists on taking toys to daycare. Mr. Doggy has not met Chuck's friends... yet...
