homeowners

as of May 13th, we have been home owners for one year!  i am so thankful that we live in a house!  i am not sure if we could go back to our 250 square foot apartment where dr. had to duck to get into our 1 1/2 square foot shower!  well we probably could go back to those small living arrangements sans creepy murderer that lived next door, mice as pets, and rat farm in the back yard that would keep us up all summer because of their loud squeaking. although we did have to adjust to many things while living in the big apple, i still miss many things about it.  whenever i see nyc on tv, it brings back lots of awesome feelings.   it was an experience that neither of us would have traded for anything.  ( you might want to double check with dr. on that statement because maybe he would have traded standing on the corner in the projects waiting for the avenue D bus to come with his coat and tie on and his ipod.)   anyways, on that note i will leave you with.....
