So we are still going back and forth with the potential buyer. I guess we will know next week for sure whether we need to be looking for an apartment in MS and a house in TX.
While going back and forth with counter offers, we have also been raising this goon.

Oooooh! Good luck with the counter-offering. We've had 19 showings and counting and not a single offer. Boo. but it's only been 2 weeks. I have to keep telling myself I'm being unreasonably impatient.
